This will make someone a good trailer, and is currently usable but will need a couch, dinette, awning fabric, rear stabilizer jacks and slide floor/wall repair. The slideout works great however the center part of the floor is in need of repair along with the rear sidewall of the slide due to a leak. There is a spot above the slideout on the interior camper wall that is soft (see photos).

We perform a systems check inspection on all units before they are picked up by purchaser.
We include a full walk through of the camper upon pickup- just to be sure you are comfortable with how to operate the systems. During the walk through process you will see that all systems are operating as designed or if any concerns.
The trailer can be viewed anytime M-F 8am-5pm and Saturday 8am-12pm. We are just 20 minutes South of Olathe down 1-69 highway.
